Paneer Tikkas.

Karwachauth. A day of celebrating love. A day of praying for your loved husband. A day meant for the married women.
Usually , we all love tikkas..in whatever form we get.be it chicken, mushroom or the ever fave in vegeterian option..paneer or cottage cheese.
Given that I was fasting even without having a drop of water, I decided to do an easy, quick yet absolutely delicious paneer tikka...

These are very very versatile and ever popular..and needless to say P n me have had them often enough and loved them everytime.
This time though, given the special day, I added a simple special "S" touch to these tikkas ..
Result : Melt in your mouth soft, fragrant and amazingly flavoursome paneer tikkas...that made its way straight into P's heart.. :)
What more can two starving people want?
Nothing. Nada. Zilch.

Make this, as a Diwali snacking option..an ever popular dish with vegetrians and non vegetarians alike, this one is a must on any party list.
